Cluster Hotel Manager
Johannesburg - Sandton & Rosebank
Lead the operations of both Johannesburg properties, driving guest
satisfaction, people leadership, operational excellence and commercial performance. This
senior leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading
Heads of Department, managing profitability and ensuring Hotel brand standards are
achieved across both hotels.
Requirements:
8-10 years hotel operations experience
Minimum 3 years in a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Resident Manager or
General Manager role
Strong commercial, financial and people leadership skills
Hospitality qualification advantageous
Ability to lead multi-property operations
